improvements?
I was just wondering if there could be any improvements to the whole CM? I know this might sound wacky/out of place, but, i seriously hope that PuristPro would be able to offer additional services.
E.g, Buyers would transfer money t the PuristPro Trust Bank Account, and the seller has to send the watch to the PuristPro for 'evaluation'. Furthermore, only when it has been cleared and 'approved' that it meets the description as stated in the CM, the watch would be sent to the buyer and the funds cleared to the seller? Something along that line? Obviousy PuristPro would get a cut, but i'd rather be safe then sorry!
Does it make sense?
Strange things occuring in Collectors Market....
I saw someone by the name of TURBOALE selling a 5970G for a wonderful price but he's using AROLEX's photo. I responded to that post to inform him that the photo belong to a fellow purists and in minutes, that post disappears. Is that a scam or something? ...

If you Paper trail ( Computer trail ) he shows recent sales of a 5970 and a 5070. The Ad you are referring to is up again as of 3 pm : 5970 for 123K
the 3pm ad is not the one....

As for revisiting how CM works,
that could take a lot of time and even then, it may not be fool proof. What seems to work, so far, is having each one of us PuristS on the lookout for scams such as just happened. After all, this is a Community and like any other community, WE are our bes...
