Besides the 5226G, this is the other Calatrava that really got my attention! About a month ago, I finally found a boutique that actually had one to see in the flesh! Even with the plastic on, the contrasting hands and indices against the salmon dial creat...  

Just an amazing ensemble of dial colour, dial layout, case, and movement!

Pictures were nice, as well as ‘idea’ of salmon. But when I saw on my wrist, it was a clear winner. You described it perfectly.

Bout don’t forget the plastic and the ever challenging boutique lighting conditions that don’t help capture the true colors!

That is hilarious Mark! Thanks so much for the pics and write up. This is really the only PP I’m interested in. Your summary confirms my initial impressions (without seeing in the metal yet). I imagined it would wear bigger due to thin bezel, and that is ... 

I will either be dead or bankrupt with these crazy prices lately!🤪

I’m not saying I’m not a fan of Patek. But this has clearly got a lot of us paying more attention to the brand, myself included!
