John and myself may well be wrong in that it isn't a SS 570 but the opinion was not based on just speculation.
The image of the dial shown has a uniqueness attributed to a batch of early SS 570's dials.The SS 570 case is slightly larger than the regular 570 with the SS version being at 36mm.If you compare visually the size of the crown and other proportions of the elements within the dial it also leads to the conclusion of a " large" dial.The lugs are of the 570 ss too.
I have images of 2 different but exactly the same dial/ watch layout and they are SS 570's. Unfortunately the watches belong to 2 friends who don't like to post images of their watches.
Also after a long time collecting vintages you kind of get a better knowledge possibly....
But then again I could be totally wrong too and it may not be a 570 SS !!

Looks like a rare Steel Ref 570 to me...open the case back and see. if it is that could have been quite valuable if in good condition which this doesn't appear to be. Roni

Something desnt seem right here!! Perhaps it is just a poor redial, or maybe the whole watch isnt right. Remove the back and investergate!!

Hi, In fact it makes me think more of a re-cased pocket watch dial (and calibre). There's something that annoys me with the case. If you can get it opened or get a picture of the calibre we will know. Do you know the diametre? Best Dje

Hi Roni, I have done some online research and have found some examples with this kind of dial... well, maybe you are right and it is a 570, but I do not know if this kind of dial design was also used in smaller cases. I am curios what will be the "outcome...
