It’s a no for me.
The 5146P is on the rarer side of this reference, it’s pert of the most prestigious house of horology, it’s a complication that was invented by Patek, an eternal classic.
The LF is a nice watch, but it’s future is questionable( numerous financial issues), the movement is nicely finished no doubt but it’s outsourced, so it’s not comparable with the Patek.
Yes, now the LF is the latest greatest thing, but I don’t feel this will hold on the long term...
To me the LF, it’s a new nice brand, but I find it a bit of a one trick pony...
Nevertheless, if the 5146P doesn’t sing to you anymore, it’s natural to let it go and get what you will enjoy!

I like the 5146p for the complication. You have CdV chrono and this is an annual calendar. For LF, that watch is spectacular... I would go for the newly released retro model which I find stunning. I'd say that is definitely more unique/ special than the P...

I actually have worn the watch more recently but was using an old photo. But your point still stands - I don’t wear it enough. I do like the gray dial though.

This should probably be looked at as two separate decisions . . .
Do you want to move on from the Patek? If so, the Galet doesn’t seem to be comparable to it because it is not quite as dressy and does not share the same complications. It is a wonderful watch in its own right but it doesn’t exactly replace the annual cal...
