I would prefer the 5990 out of the 3.
Although one could argue that they share very similar dial color as compared to the older version, I prefer this new dial color combo better personally coz it has a more subtle centered blue color tone if under certain angles. This also shows how Patek has perfected the making of dials leading to any possible color combination it wants to achieve.
Having said that, I like the 5811 most given the slightly more blueish dial color plus the extra 1mm larger in case size which fits better on my larger wrist.

I like the dial case combination. And I thought this dial colour is a more unique choice. Cortina is one of the biggest AD in Singapore! Glad you had a chance to meet up with them. I hope you all had a good discussion!
