Guess you could live with it when you bought it, might be small but probably not too small for you cause otherwise I hope you wouldn't have bought it.
So I would say keep it and wear it less often.
Selling it is always an option but for an tiffany 5396 …. imo NO WAY
This is a personal opinion ofcourse but I never understood and never will understand why people want a dealers name on the dial. And I definitely don't understand why some people would even pay more for it. No matter if it is Beyer, Tiffany, Wempe or an unknown small dealer .
On the contrary, if they want to advertise on my dial …. I would expect a HUGE discount
