Yes, sometimes there are problems with brand new watches....
Not only with PP but with other brands too...
Amanico can tell you of such other problems....
However, they are a very small percentage compare to the production...

It has happened to me too. I bought one of a masterpieces of a top brand and
discovered, when I went home, that one very important function did not work....

It happens... It depends on how the company reacts to it....
Of course you cannot expect a compensation or a replacement, as it does not
work this way.... Now if a manufacture and/or AD reacts in a positive way that is great, if
not.... Well then just do not give them your business again....

But it happens, it takes a bit longer to enjoy your watch, but when there is a human element involved,
then there is a risk....

You bought a beautiful watch and I hope that you enjoy it soon...
