It is their master piece.
But if they claim to be the finest timepiece in the world this type of issue should not have happened that often.
Just within this post there are already 2 such cases. Will there be others who suffer in silence?

A replacement will be a faster and fairer solution for us as a consumer and I dont think their balance sheet will be affect much unless this type of thing happen too often.

Furthermore it is brand new, it will be unreasonable if I request for a replacement after weeks or months of usage, it just 3 days or minutes after i open the seal.
