It's more warm. And I thought it's a great look for a 5170

The roman numeral dial is also quite different in modern Patek’s chrono. Will be a classic in future imho.

I know the world is lusting over 5070, but that doesn't take away the accomplishment 5170 achieved when it debuted. Wear it in good health!

Thanks everyone for your nice comments! I agree, 5170 has a historic place in the future for many reasons including its esthetics of this time period (this type of Calatrava case was and is being made for many Patek models, including annual and perpetual ...

I have not worn it in a long time and now learn to appreciate it. YG is not a popular metal this days, but it does work well on this watch.
