I don't believe that Rolex will change a dial for you
UNLESS you don't want it changed, like a patinated dial which they insist on changing.
I tried to get a new day ring for a friend who had a Spanish language ring, and they refused even when we sent it to Switzerland.
Changed Rolex dials are usually aftermarket or swapped by dealers who have accumulated some inventory themselves.
Rolex experts can correct me if I am wrong in this.

You should be able to change dials but within the dial range of your model
Example: wife wants to change her brown dial to white no problem. But if you want a ice blue dial usually found on platinum models on your steel one, then they won’t do it. Cannot get your original dial back too.
