Patek Philippe

Just took delivery of this last week. Still in relative shock that I finally checked my grail off the list. Very happy but a little sad that this is the end of the journey, for now anyways......  

think of it this way. you own an icon of a watch. even if the journey stops for a moment. cant have everything in this world. congrats & cheers

Your 5396 in white gold is really stunning. Its triple date AC + moon phase complication will mesmerize you for many moments from now on. While this was one of the PP that I initially wanted as a first, I settled for a 5055. Can sure tell you, if this wat...

IMHO, the annual calendars are the best watch Patek makes for the money. While technically not a "perpetual", the A/C functions like one, other than at the end of February. The 5396 has a sweep seconds hand, unlike the 5140 which has no seconds hand at al...

I think an Annual Calendar is a wonderful choice for a first Patek watch. Amongst the current ACs, I think the 5396G is the most elegant. Enjoy the watch!
