Here is my yellow gold model 
Then I found this platinum model with a difference , yes diamond indices but no sub seconds . Apparently made in a very small batch for either an Italian or English collectors - the story is not clear
Finally two years ago I found one in pink gold 
I will try to find some pics on the wrist but for a small wrist like mine it sits well

To me, this watch must be seen in the metal before judgement can be passed ! Too unusual to decide based only on photos.

So I'm in the minority here -
For whatever reason, I don't like diamond dials, with very few exceptions. I love the yellow gold. Even more than the 2442. Big banana I think is the nickname. Beautifully balanced. Not that the 2442 isn't impressive, of course it is. Great post!

From the pix, seems wrist fit is off because the case back is flat with the lug ends like 4 legs which need to rest on a really flat wrist.
