Hi, 20 years ago Checkpoint Charlie disappeared. This symbol of the Berlin wall should remember us of a gone past! Did you know Patek Philippe at that time? Do you remember a Patek Philippe of that time? Cheers Dje

dun have any pateks nor are aware of them then...still happy with casio. only mechanical time piece was a tissot fm the 70s bought fm chinatown. but remember the day the wall came down very well...reagan, thatcher, kohl...all fm that era. first love of PP...

and the Pateks I remember most were the 150th Anniversary Officer's Campaign and jump hour watch introduced in 1989 but still going on in 1990.

I was 29 years old and thought that my Timex runner's watch was the hottest thing going. If someone would have explained the Patek brand to me I would have laughed about how dumb rich people can be - wasting all that good money on watches! Now, here I sit...
