Dear Mark, merci pour vos observations et suggestions!
I actually brought the 5110 directly to the PP service centre in Hong Kong. I only mentioned to them that I did not wish my watch to be polished. As mentioned, I wasn't asked to fill in a "task list".
On my service invoice it stated "full service in Geneva", which led me to believe my watch (at least the movement") was serviced in Geneva.

it is not correct for a PP WT. I do not think it is a calibre problem. When the service was done, did they insert new hands or simply refix yours. It could just be a problem of hands fixation. If so, just change them. Let us know, Best, patrickh

It was caused by the miss-alignment of the hour and minute hands during the hand fitting... Just need a simple job as re-hand fitting again... Hopefully you could enjoy your timepiece soon! Best Jev
