Dear all purists, I’m saving for my next Patek purchase and would like to hear your advises...

I’m struggling between which of the following I should acquire.
5059R
3940J
5056P
Their current market prices are kind of similar (well, less for 5056P since it’s an annual calendar not a perpetual).
It’s very tempting for me to be able to own a Grand Complication from Patek (I believe it’s normal ) however I also like the fact that I could own a platinum Patek (5056) with a very practical no nonsense complication. I used to own a 5035G but I let it go as I found its dial kind of plain (it’s just me).
I’m more a dressy guy. Not full suit everyday but sport coat pants style.
Look forward to your suggestions and inspiration. Thank you!
* I’m sorry but for some reason I cannot post any pictures...

3940G or 5056P I like the look of the 5056P, however, the perpetual complication of the 3940 is highly tempting. I'd need to see and feel them on my wrist for a final decision. Good luck! Vte
5059 I would not consider...

... because of the rather flat dial and also it is not the original (which 5050 is). 5056 is very nice to wear, quite substantial and heavy. More sporty than 3940. 3940 is less heavy but so beautiful and a key milestone in PPs history. In summary: I would...

Two different 5056 watches. It’s a great piece. I sold one of them to help finance a 3940j. I have never regretted that decision. The 3940 is a stellar example of Patek Philippe. You will not regret it.
