Daily wear - pros and cons
Baufoam, I know what you mean about wearing the 3970 regularly; I wonder about doing the same with mine. I don't know your collection, so perhaps your 3970 is one of your less expensive timepieces (in which case good for you!), but for now it's my most expensive piece in my collection. Do you feel that a daily wear becomes less special? I have felt like that at times. When I bring out a watch that I haven't worn for a while (whether because it's in the bank or just in a rotation), I find that I see or "rediscover" its beauty more than the watches that I typically wear every day. I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

Excellent idea, a 3448 would complete your 3970 very nicely. Maybe 3448 in white gold for avoiding any overlapping with colored case. What do you think ? Good idea no ? Btw I forgot to congratulate you on the choice of the strap : it is just perfect class...

When I come to think of it why not rose gold ?! Haha ! I think yellow gold would be a great start, maybe one day I can explore white gold yes but not for the moment unfortunately...

a beautiful J version is just sublime. An early version just like you with this sublime 3970 has an incredible charm. It is almost the same as a later version but it is another watch totally, the details make a huge difference.
