... the closest I could match, but without finding the real reference, is to reference 1480 and 1488, assuming the caliber used is 9-90.

 

If the watch keeps quite well time than it should not be too costly to service it.

 

Without parts exchange it should not be an argument, not to give it to service.

 

The overhaul of the case should be also not too costly, but the dial is most likely the most expensive part, if

 

it shall be the original one like.

 

Overall: it should (!) be o.k. to give this piece to repair after an estimate (!) from Patek.

 

To the owner now: financially it should make sence to repair it, but it does not mean that you will be rich after selling.
