I actually never take notice of how accurate my pcs, have seen a few post (the latest one by CL)
Here is my observation in picture essay of my 5396R compare to Greenwich Mean Time
on Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
so looks like it is 18 seconds faster on Friday or average 3,6 sec faster/day, is this normal or I have to send it back to readjust or just leave with it ?
I am thinking of doing the check again when I take it out from SDB (as it is now on the winder since Fri after the above pix))

Hello, according to Mr. Stern's interview in the German magazine any Patek can be brought back to them - even after the warranty time - to adjust according PP standard. PP standard is -3 / +2 sek per day.

Hi, It doesn't seem bad even if it could be better! I would not send it back . I would get it regulated only if you can go to a service center and they can do it immediately. Cheers Dje
