I still like Salmon on 5970 and 5270 better. Maybe it’s because I don’t like 5070.

Having seen all the watches at the London Exhibition I remember it looking different to that colour. I remember seeing that watch and my 5970 and the colour was very similar. It is a very difficult dial colour to photograph to its true likeness. M.

Dream piece

The rare London editions were magnificent and will not doubt fetch auction records one day! The salmon dual editions were by far the most seductive!

Here is an example of how different the 5970 can look. I took it at the Exhibition being the top one and how it really looks below. Same dial very different look. Below are some pics of my 5970 Salmon of how it looks naturally. Difficult to truly capture....  

luckily it is probably too rare to be able to obtain one. Perhaps one might get lucky. Who knows

I haven't seen either dial in the flesh. Every time I have seen a PP dial picture and thought " meh" and then seen it in the flesh, I ended up very impressed. I think PP know how to make a dial. I think photos rarely do justice to them. Present photos exc... 

This is not yet a classic like the 5070 and 5970, but is the only one I've seen in person and can tell that is amazing ...

look like "salmon". Looks more like dark yellowish with a slight touch of brown. What did the dial color look like in the metal ?
