Unfortunately the 5970 is ot of my price range but I think that its a stunning time piece and a great work of craftmanship.
If I had the money, without any shadow of a doubt I would buy it.
Please post some photos when you get it.

I don't see why it should be. Anyway I am getting mine any time now and it doesn't matter if its most sought after. Its for keeps and I don't want to sell it. To me its the completion of the trilogy 5960 5980 and now 5970. I am waiting patiently for my 50...

It looks way more vintage than a 5970G or R. I have a 5970G which I love but I think this 5970J is super desirable..... I think it will be the most sought after Patek since 5970G and R are no longer available but I don't think I will swap my G to a J give...
