For me, it's the one I want. Thanks for the nice pictures.

And as is too often the case, the best watch is a “limited edition”, unobtainable for the regular collector.

To me, an equal or a runner-up would be the 6007 with its light blue color and "checkered" pattern on the dial. Overall, a very close call !

I love this Calatrava just wish it would be made in 37mm! That would be a PP that I would buy.

I saw it at the Patek Philippe exhibition in NYC. It kind of took me by surprise at first and I didn’t know what to think of it. Now I am very taken with it. One of the big selling Points for me is that it’s easy to read! I almost wish it was a manual -wi... 

It’s funny how initially I was on the haunt for more complicated pieces, then years later one realizes that all one needs a simple timepiece that has that internal beauty that Patek knows and provides to collectors year after year.

history, Calatrava refers to a round simple timepiece inspired by Bauhaus design where form follows function. 5522 does correspond well to this description. It is however a modern Calatrava and differs from original 96. There should always be progression.... 

Very nice Watch-in my opinion one of the best modern steel Patek.

Looks very simple but it has great presence on the wrist and practical. A winner for sure!
