Dear friends, I know this questions has already been raised many times. But I cannot find the correct answer. To my taste, the 5159 is the "closest to perfect" perpetual. But... some people say it is more "fragile" and less reliable than most perpetual bo...  

I've always always loved the 5159. I just think it's a gorgeous looking watch. In line with today's tastes, it could do with being a little larger but I think it's magnificent. Have a look at engraved case 5160 version as well.... lovely but big $$$$

I have owned a 5059P (still do) and have worn it quite a bit. The case is heavy with a substantial presence on the wrist (which I like!); in the 6 or 7 years I had it, I have yet to experience any problems. I think the same can be extrapolated to 5159. Ju...
