For thr scallop lugs. The other one is too generic looking imo

Very sensual piece, and with the crown guards, almost wears like 38mm. No scalloped lugs, but the 5127 does have wonderfully curved lugs and bezel. Cheers, John

The smaller size is always a better bet for a dress watch not to mention the case design is rounder and has softer lines.

The like the more rounded features of the case.

The case profile is just irresistible..... It is a dominant factor for my choice of 5110 among various worldtime models

More water resistant. And its slightly smaller at 37 mm. in diameter. More charming. My opinion. Geross.

I thought this would be a much closer call, but the 5127R wins by unanimous decision!

I like the flat polished bezel. And I think a dress watch looks better without crown guards. But I am splitting hairs, here, they are both fantastic watches.
