5070g vs. 5960p?
Why does the 5070 seem to be more desirable by PP lovers than the 5960p?
From my vantage point, it would seem that the 5960p offers more in value. It is platinum, has more than one complication, is automatic, and has a PP movement. The 5070 is manual, has one complication only, and has a Lemania movement. What am I missing in my analysis?

the CH 27-70 movement from the 5070 is 10 times nicer than the inhouse 5960. I, and probably others too, prefer a manual wind for such a piece and not an automatic. Look at other top chrono's from Lange, Breguet, Dubuis, VC, ... they're all manual. The ca...

I own both a 5070G and the 5960P. I actually like the "warmer" more casual look of the 5960P. I also think the 5070 looks a little too big - or out of proportion. However, can't disagree wtih the comments on the movements.
