Such a beautiful watch..., but no, the strap doesn't do it for me. Even just a matte black would be better.
I tried another strap combination for my 5960P.
This time with a taupe nappa leather. That one I like a lot as it gives the watch a fresh modern look. Best, Gerard ...

I'd go a touch thicker on the padding of the leather, since the 5960 is a fairly thick watch. But that's a great color combination from what I can see! You've got great taste!

The 5960P with the blue dial is for sure not a "strap monster" and it is fairly difficult to find a color combination that works (other than dark blue).

Your dial variant is probably much easier than mine to combine with any kind of bracelet colors.
