Even though I loved it from the beginning, I'd kept dismissing the Tudor GMT as too large. But suddenly I realized: at this price/quality/style level, why the hell not? ...  

....at least for today, as there are others waiting in my box to be worn 🙃 ...  

This picture was taken yesterday. I have a different watch for the weekend though. HAGWE! ...  

One interesting thing is that for the whole alphabet, there are a few letters that are missing from the dial, namely “K”, “Q”, “X’ and “Z”.  In other words, we don’t know the designer’s hand-writing of these four letters

Numbers “0”, “6” and “8” would only show up on last digit of the date, so everyday only one of them is shown, the other 2 missing. So you are right at any day a max of 8 show up. Hahaha!

By the way, your “school of fishes” from the new release of rare handcrafts is a marvelous treasure. I look forward to your pictures after you pick it up. Enjoy!!

Can we see more pics showing off the strap? The 5212 may be my next purchase (or 5524g. Trying to decide). Love seeing it in more casual guise.

Really aiming for this to be my next (behind my 5205G-013). Out of curiosity, how hard is this one to get? Only have one other Patek (the above referenced reference).

But just ask you AD don’t think they are that hard to get?

Going to ask my AD when I visit later this week. Shocked by the price on the secondary market - but I guess everything is expensive nowadays...
