I understand that, however, that doesn't mean people that can afford this sort of timepiece is buying it just the sake of it and to show and boast.....
Reality and fact that some people are in a very fortunate and better position than me and most others to able to acquire this sort of timepieces. He/she may not have the acquired knowledge and passion yet to appreciate, like many good people here in this forum, but is on the way......and asking questions.....and best of all, fortunate enough to acquire one to start appreciating, to love, to understand......
On the contrary Whit, I do find, and many would agreed that good legit feedback and opinions play an important factor in helping members decide....

Kaylen, nobody knows how many are out there. It's probably a low number, but nobody knows. Your friend may want to know everything about the watch before he invests the sizeable amount of money. Sorry, he's not gonna get the production numbers. I imagine ...

your friend is not really interested in that watch, is he? If he can really afford it and is in LOVE, he should go for it. If he can only afford it, he should leave it for somebody who really is in LOVE. Oliver
For those who have that type of money, he should
have no problem in getting the watch. Anything can be bought if you throw enough money at it. Is it rare and collectible? At that price point, there appears to be an abundance of super complicated pieces readily available. Discontinued, as has been demons...

Yes it is rare.
The reference is rare largely due to the price, seems PP has many repetition minutes references in production and production is not the problem, rather demand. Air is thin at that price point.m
