I believe there are more than one smaller versions of the Kalpa, at least including the "Grande" and "Qualite Fleurier." The smaller versions have automatic movements, not the 8-day manual movement. Of course, there are women's models also, but I don't intend to track down them down.
For a brand that has not even reached its 30th anniversary, PF has had a surprisingly large number of references.

I believe there were versions of the Hebdomadaire in the Kalpa Grande case as well.
Not 100% sure, I‘ll need to dig this up. And then the original one, the Ionica, which was a pretty small package for an 8 days PR. ...
This post is quite helpful. I do feel PF Kalpas hug the wrist quite nicely.
We have not even scratched the surface on the wonderful Hermes made straps many of these models come mounted on.
