317 + 339 duo mood shots
I am really starting to appreciate the simplicity of the 339. I think it would be my watch for life keeper... 3, 6, 9, 12 MM 47mm are great for an old man with terrible eyes like me. The 317 is a young generation's handsome watch as it is too cluttered, too small and too busy for bad eyes old man like me. Just like a Ferrari is not for an old man as I can't bend down much anymore... That's why people move to ride Rolls and Bentley... too old for that sports car thingy.
The 317 looks beautiful on the new OEM vintage PAM strap which comes with the special BT edition.

BluNotte, 300 and 341 are best for me ....
Can't get enough of sizes nowadays... I think 300 and 341 would be best for bad eyes like those of mine. 47 mm clean simple dial is very good for someone like me.

Or shall I say I appreciate back to basics simple dial more now. The 317 has a complex and handsome movement, but from my practical POV, the 339 does a better job for being clean, legible and easy to read. A timeless classic.

Jest, the 317 is a bit odd with a vintage brown strap to be honest
doesn't seem to work too well due to the fact that it is a modern watch in ceramic with modern face decor. It doesn't have any vintage flavour to it like the 339. I'd say that wasn't quite right to be honest. I think your sticking to a black buffalo would...
