Jest, the 317 is a bit odd with a vintage brown strap to be honest
doesn't seem to work too well due to the fact that it is a modern watch in ceramic with modern face decor. It doesn't have any vintage flavour to it like the 339. I'd say that wasn't quite right to be honest. I think your sticking to a black buffalo would be best idea. I agree.

BluNotte, 300 and 341 are best for me ....
Can't get enough of sizes nowadays... I think 300 and 341 would be best for bad eyes like those of mine. 47 mm clean simple dial is very good for someone like me.

Or shall I say I appreciate back to basics simple dial more now. The 317 has a complex and handsome movement, but from my practical POV, the 339 does a better job for being clean, legible and easy to read. A timeless classic.
