217 vs 127...advice needed!
Hi Panerai lover, I come across 2 offers a 127 and 217, similar condition with a 2.5k difference in price. I am not particular married to 127 or 217 but their 47mm 1950 cases and gold hands are calling me everyday, that's why i am now selling my 233 for one of them!
Is there any particular reason that 127 seems more sought after than 217?
(I thought lefty and 217's lower production run should make it more collectable.)
Do they carry the same investment value and resales potentials?
I think this question has been asked before, and will be asked by someone else again...and I just appreciate any subjective and objective opinions.
Best,
JC

Hi, I own both and at gunpoint, I would gladly give up the 217. The "fiddy" they would have to pry from my hand...after having shot me. Yes both watches look the same (in a mirror) but there's something about the 127 that puts it head and shoulders above ...
