Having owned a Spin Time GMT, itβs a novelty that wears off quickly. It will always be more intuitive to read the position of the hands than to scrutinize the markers to see what the hand would otherwise be pointing to.
If they had at least engineered the mechanism to extend and retract the piston in a way that actually makes sense then I would give it more credibility. But turning it sideways and for nearly $100K just seems so lazy and even offensive IMO.
