Well, I simply like the central engine motif and conical shape of the hour cones more....

I had the possibility to try these LV watches
on my wrist. My problem was that the readability wasn’t overwhelming. I wonder if you can read the time better on the TAG Heuer?
A warmed up movement but now in a different case and with the main feature moving unnaturally.
Having owned a Spin Time GMT, it’s a novelty that wears off quickly. It will always be more intuitive to read the position of the hands than to scrutinize the markers to see what the hand would otherwise be pointing to.
If they had at least engineered the mechanism to extend and retract the piston in a way that actually makes sense then I would give it more credibility. But turning it sideways and for nearly $100K just seems so lazy and even offensive IMO.

I always thought the LV watches looked cool and interesting, but I wondered what they would be like to live with.

After two years with a spin time, I parted with it. I missed the classic two hand aesthetic. I realized that some watches look good in a collection, but when taken out in isolation, not as much.
Tag knocked it out of the park with this cool piece!
Although I must admit I was never a big Tag Heuer fan...the last 4-5 years they have really stepped things up and have started to actually impress me more than most brands out there right now.
