I wouldn't call Rolex in NY. I imagine they would pick up the phone, the receptionist wouldn't know what to do with me. Then one would understandably get frustrated and transfer me to someone in customer service (which is probably more equipped to deal with problems with your watch or questions on how to set your watch or service your watch).
Official Rolex Accessories?
If anyone knows a way to acquire Official Rolex accessories, I would be interested in purchasing some items, particularly Rolex baseball caps.
My AD doesn't know how to go about getting one and last time I was at her store the Rolex sales person was there, very nice man and conversation, but no real response. The Rolex website, unless I missed something, does not have a contact page where I could state my wants.
Does anyone have acknowledge of availability?

Those aren't technically for sale...
Accessories such as baseball caps aren't for sale. They're given as gifts to Rolex purchasers.
Have you been a loyal customer at your AD? If so, they're visited by a Rolex account manager a few times a year and they can ask for baseball caps on your behalf.
If you're not a loyal customer at your Rolex AD, that's a different story. You can always try the internet.
There are also Rolex pens (made by Caran d'Ache), wallets, golf balls, Swiss Army knife, and even a leather conference folder. All only available as gifts. There may be more that what I've listed but I wouldn't know since I've never gotten them.
I will say, the Rolex pens made by Caran d'Ache are very good pens. You can buy them without the Rolex insignia too.

and I spoke to him at length, not simply about the accessories, but also the watches and what I would like to see in the future.
Over the years I have owned at least a dozen Rolexes maybe more.
The salesman told me that he used to carry caps in his car, but they are very difficult to come by these days.
I will try and call Rolex tomorrow directly in NY, maybe that will help.

You've owned at least one dozen Rolexes? Really? No exaggeration? Wow! You're a super Rolex customer!
Then you'd be upset and complain and threaten never to buy Rolexes again. But don't you realize you're walking into a potential problem to begin with. You're not going through the proper procedure on how to obtain a cap. Procedure isn't super strict in the USA, but remember, these Swiss companies are very procedural.
No. This isn't a slam dunk idea. You're probably going to the wrong channel for the baseball cap. I'm not saying that it's not going to work, but it'll probably amount to one of the annoying calls that Rolex NY gets everyday. I imagine they get calls all the time like, "how do I authenticate my Rolex that I bought on Canal Street?" They're not in the business of picking up the phone and answering that question. Or, "I'm a person who owns at least a dozen Rolexes over the past few years, I would like to speak to someone about getting a Rolex baseball cap." Receptionist/operator is probably rolling her eyes in disbelief and thinking here we have another person trying to score some swag. Then again, maybe you don't care what the other person on the phone thinks.
If you claim to have such a good relationship with your AD, explain to them you really want a cap, and ask them to call on your behalf. They'll call their account manager and get you a hat. It's just as simple as that.
I can't understand why someone who claims to have "been a loyal customer" and have "owned at least a dozen Rolexes maybe more" would go through the trouble of calling Rolex for a hat when he should ask his AD to do it. Just doesn't make sense. If you you're entitled to have a hat/cap, call your AD to get it.
Of course, this is my advice. And who knows, I could be wrong. Who knows, you may have a relationship with Rolex NY and a contact there whom will find you a hat. Do whatever you want to do. Just make sure you think it through.

and no offense, I don't really care what anybody thinks, I was simply asking if anyone had a similar experience and could offer their advise.
You seem to challenge my "claim" that I own or have owned a dozen Rolex watches? My first Rolex was in 1970, a 18 Kt. gold GMT Master with brown dial and bezel, the watch listed for $1350.00! I wouldn't waste my time by listing all that I have owned, worn and sold. The dealer that I am alluding to in this post has not been my sole AD, there have been many, it basically came down to price, whom ever had the best price got my business. When you ask someone to do something and they don't respond with a satisfactory answer for your request, but gives you the best prices you can get, you go elsewhere for answers.
Which led me to this point in this post and some foolish rambling that is far from the original request. I have always been successful getting what I want, it just may take a more time and effort, which I tried to avoid by asking my simple question.

But I am sure your AD, if he really wants to please you, can get one for you.

.....and an AD can get hold of them. Alternatively....there is always the Bay. My son bought me some Rolex cufflinks from there....
After several years working for the crown
I can tell you the swag bag does not open very often. When it does there are some pretty nice goodies to be had. Count yourself lucky if you score a cap, I've not seen one but I'm sure there nice as the quality of their gifts are the best I've seen.
