The screw of the pin buckle had been loosening up
by itself. I put Panerai on my wrist today and paid attention to the screw of the pin buckle that had been loosening up over the time.
The watch itself had not been constantly in use but I have given it wrist time every now and then.
Naturally it can be easily screw up but in the future I am going to use Loctite on it.

Yes should be fine with a re-tighten only. I try not use loctite but I know many do so ok as well [nt]

Changing the strap maybe is the best way.

A brand like Panerai must have it’s quality done right.
My cheap Tissot even have a save strap and well tighten pin buckle.

Strap is too tight around the pin
Not an issue for a spring pin which will rotate freely but this pin is a screw-in so can unscrew if you turn the clasp. Is this an original Panerai strap? An original strap should be spaced to move more freely around the pin. You can try and loosen the loop around the pin to avoid this, or put a bit of grease or something to avoid it gripping the pin maybe? If you use Loctite it will just make changing straps harder and can leave stains on the strap and the clasp.

prevent the friction between the strap and the screw. There were part of the OEM in the early years. They have been discontinued recently alas

Not all Loctite products are equal. Make sure you select a version designed for small screws.
Loctite 221 or 222 are two suggestions. I use 222. A very small quantity is needed. This product dispenses easily and you can get way too much. Put a small drop on wax paper. Use a toothpick to apply to female threads in the buckle. You can put some on the male threads of the pin, but it can get transferred to the inside of the strap if care is not taken. Tighten and let it cure for 24 hours. Let us know your outcome. Best wishes, John.
I ordered Loctite 222
from a local car sparepartshop. They didn't have
it at the stock but they will get it on Monday. I have time
to go there on Tuesday to get it.

I put Loctite 222 on the screw thread. Now I let it getting harder a couple of days before even touching the pin.
