Not an issue for a spring pin which will rotate freely but this pin is a screw-in so can unscrew if you turn the clasp. Is this an original Panerai strap? An original strap should be spaced to move more freely around the pin. You can try and loosen the loop around the pin to avoid this, or put a bit of grease or something to avoid it gripping the pin maybe? If you use Loctite it will just make changing straps harder and can leave stains on the strap and the clasp.
Not all Loctite products are equal. Make sure you select a version designed for small screws.

Loctite 221 or 222 are two suggestions. I use 222. A very small quantity is needed. This product dispenses easily and you can get way too much. Put a small drop on wax paper. Use a toothpick to apply to female threads in the buckle. You can put some on the male threads of the pin, but it can get transferred to the inside of the strap if care is not taken. Tighten and let it cure for 24 hours. Let us know your outcome. Best wishes, John.
