Here is the equipment i use, the camera settings and how i did proceed.

Equipment:
- Light box
- Flash (not fixed on top of camera, but aside)
- Camera (indeed)
- Macro lens 105mm
- Tripod
- Camera remote
- Sponge, water and some luck smile

Settings:
- Aperture F/4.5
- Shutter speed 1/10s

I squeezed the sponge on top the watch and i shot burst photography. I did many attempts until i got a satisfying result...
