I'm also curious to see how the blue dial looks under natural light.

I love it, purple is my favorite color.

I hope Rolex does more with that grape color.

But I'm not the target Panerai die-hard. Plus, it reminds me powerfully of the mega-cool 2005 Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Dualmatic Chelsea FC in the same color. But surely as a limited series, it will find homes among those whose vision of the ideal PAM looks exactly like this. In a way, it's kind of like a modern inverse of the Pre-Vendome 5218-207A and its recent PAM 650 tribute model.

Panerai launched a Middle East addition two months ago which is very similar also with both metal and leather straps.
I'm disappointed with Panerai at the moment looks like new limited additions every few months .

They are simply destroying the brand! They're working as if there's no tomorrow.
The brand is we'll know for its historical significance and not horrible dial colors.
Looks like the Richemont group doesn't care about these factors for some time now. Too bad...

I just hope (for their sake) that for every "die hard" Panerai lover they'll lose, they'll gain 2 or 3 new...tourists
