A few new snaps of the Senator Chronometer
This is a tough watch to shoot. I'm sure I can do better with a small light tent or the BPP (Borat Patent Pending) but these are completely au naturel. I still think this is one of the best new watches by any brand to come out in the years I have collected.

I think you a right. Always tempted. If I remember rightly it has a beautiful display back showing the wonderfully finished movement and ofcourse the hand engraved balance cock. Could I trouble you for pictures !?
I need to pull the trigger on my first GO. Almost did on a Senator Diary which I think is an amazing alarm watch which has gone unnoticed.

Indeed, the movement few of this watch is quite nice, and the hand engraving is done extremely well. I'll try to catch a nicer photo of the engraving but have these handy.

You were in early on with the Chronometer as well. Did yours just start suddenly gaining time? Mine runs extremely accurate. Sometimes I go a few weeks without wearing it and sometimes I'll wear it a week straight. Given that randomness I am quite pleased with its performance.

which by the way complements the older Panodate and Sixties perfectly 
I have a few that's being considered as additions to the family - your example would be on top of the list, followed by the AP15450. The next few months will decide and I'll be sure to share what results.

Aah yes, I remember now.
Regarding the AP 15450, feel free to head over to our AP forum and poke around. I gotta tell you, I feel the proportions on its 37mm case are nicer than the 41mm 15400. For me, the revised 15202 Jumbo at 39mm is "just right", but I think the 15450 is a super design.
Now, back to GO programming before the good Doctor edits me!! LOL...

Thanks for the additional feedback on the 15450 though. It is getting to be a difficult decision, but as I'm planning on it with Christmas as an excuse, I still have a few months to go

Looking at the bigger picture, I feel Glashutte Original has done very well as a company the past few years. They have entrenched themselves as a very relevant watchmaking company. We might like some watches more than others, but we all have to agree this is a tremendous brand.
I never grow tired of looking
at this one, whether in your pictures or off and on my wrist. The same goes for the PanoInverse XL
Both gain 4 to 6 seconds per day - but in any position. Stop to think about that!
I am in no great hurry to have them more precisely adjusted, but do wonder if I am causing unnecessary wear by resetting them every other day or so. However that is more a pleasure (especially with the SC) than a task.
Yes, wearing them is a dream - on the shorter strap.

I do not think you are causing any extra wear
I used to wind my SC every day whether I wore it or not. Now I am content to reset it when necessary, and I enjoy the process on that particular watch. I happen to fancy the rapid date corrector and provided tool, as well as the day/night indicator, which makes things a real breeze. Add some photos of yours when you can!

In person they really have a nice pop off the dial.
It is a wonderful feeling to wind this watch.
The resistance feels just right, and it is very smooth. Even when I go through periods of not wearing the watch, I'll still wind it up here and there just because it is so enjoyable.
