...if you keep your eyes open. The Panoretrograph appears at auctions from time to time, usually with reasonable hammers. It's one of my favourites too, but I think I'd miss the versatility of the steel.
The value in the secondary market for this reference is mind boggling. to get an innovative well finished manual wind chronograph for so little is unheard of. I love mine and it's an all time keeper for me in my collection! Great picture of yours!
