Ref 2608 is a jumbo, Nicolas - 36 mm . . .
. . . case. The sub seconds variant is ref 2605. Same case and intriguing lugs but a cal 266 movement.
They're hard to find but not impossible; mine was sourced in Venezuela at reasonable cost. Servicing, strap and buckle, and original replacement parts set me back more than the watch.

The rarest Titane! Hardly ever seen, and I believe yours is the first . . .

Sadly no.
This is the steel/gold quartz version. Remarkedly petite and light by todays standards but very wearable and comfortable. A titane auto would be very desirable!
So when I write this, it IS today...! ;-)
