Sharing a few pics and of my GP "silver" dial ref 4940 Traveler II.
38 mm but wears more like a 39/40 mm.
While it is called the "silver" dial, it has elements of beige in it. Perhaps opaline dial would be more accurate.
I think it's a superb Neo-vintage Girard-Perregaux to have in the collection for not very much money. It was made circa 1997.
The 2nd time zone hours and the date jump instead of a gradual change ... which is cool.
And of course, the mechanical alarm is a real talking point with friends too.
Just a beautifully balanced dial that wears well on my 18 cm wrist. Paired with this excellent grey strap gifted to me by my friend and fellow collector Khang.

I fondly remember that reference in my early collecting days. Great watch and superlative photos of it! What camera and lens are you using? They look too nice to be a phone. Great job!!
