How precise is your alarm? Meaning, if you set it up to ring at Noon, how close to Noon would the alarm actually trigger?

I always liked the idea of a chef's watch, on which the alarm would be tied to the minute hand rather than the hour hand, and settable with a rotating bezel, so you could easily and quickly set it for "35 minutes from now," etc. This Leman is one of the only alarms I can think of that has a minute-precise alarm setting capacity.
