ABP strap on the way. This is my first QP, a much-neglected Edward Piguet OR.25853, born in the early 1990s. The perpetual calendar is now appealing to me. SLow-down time.

I am a big fan of non-round cases...
...although it's rare to get a shaped movement like in the stunning Cabaret. The Arkade is another rarely seen ALS beauty.
I visited Sothebys HKG watch auction viewing today
There is a fully pavé-d white gold black dial Lange Caberet. The watch is brilliant (pun intended). Chk
Was just looking at that site and the Christie's HK auction...
...I know the estimates are low to encourage bidding, but they really do make you think you can get a good deal. Btw, the Patek repeaters on the Christie's site have sound files if anyone is interested. Amazing how the sound varies even within the same reference.

Indeed. The OR25853 so far has been quite accurate too. Its crown is not too small. Turns well.
