I really got into moon phase timekeeping devices.

This and the following IWC are my favorite moon phase watches (that I've owned).

Now there's a nice moon 

Not forgetting this, which appears a little bit off.

acquired it after much musing in mid 90s, from AD and have enjoyed it since----sits nicely on my smallish wrist.

Oliver, this is indeed a breathtaking compilation you presented here. One piece, one picture is more beautiful than the next. All I can do is to add the few moonphase watches I owned, resp. still own:

Unfortunately, I sold this beautiful LE Speedmaster and still miss it.

This attractive Union Glashütte, too, left me years ago.

I still own this watch, that has an unconventional way of displaying the moonphase - aside many other indications:

Which turns me toward the one watchmaker who, as far as I know, realized the most different moon phase displays, one of which you have already shown in your series: Ludwig Oechslin.
