hi everyone, i am new to this site, recently i am thinking to purchase a watch, i picked two watches, now its hard for me to decide which one to buy. please gimme some suggestions. thanks in advance .

From that price range you could also consider...
a PP 5123R, a Lange & Sohne 385.032 Saxonia Dual Time, or even a Lange 1, a GO Senator Chronometer, or an IWC Spitfire Chronograph. For me, I like watches with unique features, so I would go for a Breguet La Tradition.

HMC is Better Built - but the JLC has a Moon Phase..
The HMC [H Moser & Cie] is a 'new' player [relatively speaking] on the 'block'
This is HMC - RG & Brown Strap
JLC - Date & Moon Phase [extra]
WG with Black Strap - Lovely Dial
This is what the HMC is 'good' for - the heart 0 Movement - 3 days power reserve - 100 ++ Hours in actual use. [Power Reserve Indicator is @ the rear of the watch] !! This is a 'beauty' ;;
Although the company claims to be there for a 'long' time.
Their movements are 'spectacular' [100 % in house] & the case work is 'lovely'
It is a 'understated' watch that oozes elegance.
The JLC is an 'old' player.
The watch gives to you - date & moon phase - this is not there on the HMC.
The Case is not so well finished. The Movement is Auto - Rotor & it is 'noisy'
If you want 'value' then the JLC is the watch to get.
However, if you looking for a long run - elegant & understated watch that 'few' will appreciate - the HMC is the
watch for you.
My vote is for the HMC;

Moser
I prefer the Moser from a functional standpoint. The date on the JLC is just too small !
These are two different watches
Moser is bigger and more modern IMO. JLC is elegant and discrete. In YG, JLC is definitely a dress watch. Have you consider the JLC in steel? I like more understated watches these days, hence I have consider the JLC in steal as a daily beater.

Tough choice...
But it ultimately depends on what you are looking for...
JLC is value for money when you are comparing money to its functions, and on the other hand, for H.Moser you are paying for the watch for its quality and workmanship. Both are great watches, and all the best!

Moser for me too!
I have had to restrain myself from buying a Monard like that despite already having the Perpetual 1...
That particular JLC just doesn't do it for me.
Moser, understated and refined without a doubt
the finish of the case is beautiful, the JLC is not as unique. You will get a 7 day power reserve, accurate time keeping and the knowledge that you will be one of the very few owners of this brand, hence their new moto "very rare".
Fume dial...
My 2 cent...for Moser, you have to go for the fume dial. For the JLC MUT Moon...I'd go for the steel version.
I regret not wait for the fume dialed Perpetual One and has always been thinking of fixing the "problem"
Had the JLC MUT Moon for over 6 months, and it didn't give me the same level of satisfaction any Moser could offer.
