Lemania South African Air Force Chronograph.

We know the Lemania Chronograph issued for the Swedish Army, we less know that South African Air Force specimen, from circa 1970

Credit picture: Analog And Shift.

This case looks familiar to us, as it is the same than the Breguet Type XX from the same era, and the same than the Jaeger Lecoultre Shark.

The movement is the Lemania 1872, manual winding.

If the Swedish is hard to find, the South African is even rarer.

Not mine, but it is in my list, as I am trying to build a small collection of Lemania Military watches...

Great watch, great provenance!

Building a range of military Lemanias is a cool idea!
Cheers, HSTE

Yes, but not that easy. I easily see6 or 7 of them... But finding them is another story. [nt]

Love it.

Also, but I would be very happy to only have to find a better strap. ;) [nt]
