Incoming: MB&F legacy machine 101
My first Indie! I have admired Max and MB&F watches for awhile but the Horological Machines and Legacy Machines 1 and 2 were too big for my small wrist.
With the LM 101's introduction, I finally have an MB&F I can wear at 40mm.
Fx, your review some months ago also poisoned me to this watch! :p
Some initial photos to share here when I collected the watch. I will find some time to take better photos of the dial (beautiful white lacquered sub dials that look a bit translucent) and beautiful movement finished by Kari!

A marvelous looking watch; a fantastic move. The design is very avant-garde, with a clean but striking appearance that is so simple yet appropiately complicated.
I admire independent watch manufacturers, but never have the courage to get one.

Since my watch quota has been suspended for the time being, I am more than happy to see fellow Purists sharing your lovely timepieces.
As my wife said:
"People go to museums because they can see those priceless masterpieces with inexpensive tickets. If one can enjoy fine arts without having to actually buy them, then I think it's the same with watches. You'll never get enough watches, so be contented with your collection, and learn to appreciate other people's sharing."
Well,fair enough. Since I have not find a way to nullify her argument, I'll settle for enjoying the posts of you guys who are still eligible to buy more watches.

Nice screws indeed but Dr Cheong can speak more about this! :)
I think they look nice but I am not such an expert on the finishing of screws.

A fantastic pick-up Robin!
I've always admired Max and his creations and like you have felt that they were a little on the large side for me. This one is very tempting indeed!

I like the brushed White Gold case alot
Very unique and discreet looking. The greyish color of the WG is also very attractive (not rhodium plated).
