Moritz Grossmann Tremblage Green . . .
Moritz Grossmann unveiled two new Tremblage pieces featuring a dial with a deep shade of green - one in rose gold and another in white gold, each limited to eight pieces:
Per their press release, the dial is formed out of German silver and worked by hand using a variety of burins:
These have a case diameter of 41mm and a thickness of 11.35mm:
The dial provides a great background for the raised numerals, scales, and the historic ‘M. Grossmann’ logo. The thin, elegantly shaped Benu hands are made out of rose gold for the rose gold iteration and polished steel for the white gold iteration:
These are brought to life by their hand-wound Calibre 100.1 beating at 18,000vph with a power reserve of 42 hours:
These are paired with a dark brown alligator strap with a prong buckle matching the iterations’ case materials. Once again, these are limited to eight pieces in each iteration and are currently available to purchase through their online boutique: boutique.grossmann-uhren.com

Rose Gold would be my preference.
These are visually very nice watches. Love the green tremblage (putting that in the ideas book for the future). Also, this logo is so much more appealing to the eye than the other.
Don’t know enough about the movement, nor have I looked close enough at it to comment more broadly.

The color and dial texture is amazing. Green usually goes well with red gold, but my preference is the white gold. Opinions vary wildly on this, but to me, this style of watch is best in a 38 or 39 mm case size. Thanks for sharing my friend! 🍻
I remember reading the lug-to-lug length is 50.3mm.
They do curve downwards but I also would prefer a smaller diameter.🥂

When they first released the Tremblage, it was for some anniversary of the brand. I wonder what the special occasion is, for these 2 new ones?
It is also interesting to see WG case doesn't come with WG hands, maybe that explains the slightly lesser retail

Also...when creating a dial like this how are the numerals, logo and min/sec tracks formed? Are they "raised up" by the tremblage process itself? Or is there some initial process (cutting or stamping) that forms these features? They can't be applied...can they?
The logo, numerals, and minute/seconds tracks are not applied, Greg.
They are actually cut out of the dial’s base material before commencing the tremblage engraving process.🥂

Maybe I can find pictures or a video that shows the process. I really like the surface effect of tremblage. There's an independent (Russian maybe?) watchmaker that uses tremblage and the effect that I saw him create looked like tiny bubbles like you'd see in a glass of champagne. It was wonderful.
