I prefer the Chronograph
Just me - while the Osmium as a material is a unique point that you will have to explain (ad nauseum) to everyone who sees it, I prefer some evidence of what a watch is "doing" and that one is a beautiful implementation of skeleton architecture and it doesn't need explanation.

The Osmium dial is gorgeous, but I still would choose the Antarctique Rattrapante.

Not a secret bro. Waiting for delivery of the Rattrapante due to delayed production but I was just informed that an allocation opened up for the Frozen Star, which was given to me so now I have to choose or just get BOTH 😉🤣...3 for Rattranpante
I guess if you can get the two it’s a different story, but if I only had to pick one I love the open design of the rattrapante…let us know what you decide
I’m a material person
Lets see a few materials. Here we have tantalum, titanium, sedna gold, bronze gold, and silver.
I am a sucker for novel materials, and the Osmium dial is a helluva wow for me. Can you believe, i’d pick an osmium dial over a rattaprante. That is superficial. But I admit, I prefer novel materials over calibres.
For me the one with Osmium dial. It just looks more sober and elegant. Also, that deal on Czapek's video just looks stunning. The rattrapante is very colorful, but I would rather had it without skeleton dial.
Regardless of the background to Osmium imo I prefer the Chronograph for looks and I'm not a fan of sparkly watches. Good luck with the choice Justin. Either way, it'd be a great addition to your super collection. Cheers S

Honestly need to see them in person. I've looked at these a few times online and the bridge architecture/finishing doesn't quite excite me, but I have determined I'm not as captivated by this modern, dark architecture. I'd say rattrapante because that fits in your chrono collection.
Both is usually the correct choice for me bro but maybe not this time, we will see...7 for Rattrapante - 4 for Osmium

The Rattrapante is a bit more sporty than then Osmium dial Czapek imho .
Hard to pick a favorite.
If i had to choose i would say Rattrapante i think

The Osmium is just other-worldly special and elegantly ’simple’ to allow full appreciation of the dial.
While I appreciate the technical feat of the Rattrapante, at the end of the day you have other similarly, or even more, technically impressive ie the MB&F. But I admit it’s a challenging choice given how different they are.
