Grail Watch

 By: Alberti : August 6th, 2019-13:10
Hi friends, I would love to know what your grail watch is, no mater if you own or not, if you can afford it or not. For me, if i had to choose, it would definitelly be the corn de vache. I just love how this thing looks. Design in this case is above everything to me. I hope, that one day i will be able to acquire this piece. I d love to read about your grail watch. Thank you all P.s. Another Vacheron for me... in my dreams only

the Patrimony Minute Repeater in platinum. For me, the best horological complication with a touch of romantism and understatement.

All the best,

This piece looks incredible.

A tad different, though... ;p

Grail is kind of changing target for me...

I keep eye on one that I like to get in short term & then have a new grail...if not Grail sounds like an absolute dead end 🤐

My current grail is an Patek weekly calendar or a Laurent Ferrier...

I see...

Lets put it this way: youre house is on fire and you can SAVE only one! 😬
Which one would you save ?
I like the salmon ferrier on the pic. Very cool.

Hard luck Alberti

i have my dream watch

 By: Weems@8 : August 6th, 2019-14:23
But i melt if i see an Ulysse Nardin diver chronometer the blue model.
The UN 118 caliber with silicon spring, a sandblasted dial, a powerreserve meter, little seccond, titanium case. It is an affordable grail, so i can not wait till i am at the store to meet that beautifull timepeace.

Thats one beautiful piece [nt]

For me...

5004A, or even 5204P. Borrowed pictures.

I hear you on that VC.

I literally surfed Chrono 24 for that same watch in Platinum yesterday. Prices are still too high though...

Maybe an Atelier de Chronometrie bespoke piece with a dial like a Daniels/Breguet with guilloche and blued hands, applied markers

And very finely finished movement in the Swiss style in the back. Overall, under 11mm thick and 39mm wide.

Either platinum or yellow gold case and either deployant or bracelet.

Well, so many watches, so little time...

But, if I had to pick a grail today, I think it would be a Freak Vision.
