This one is the first generation, unveiled in 2003. Furiously modern despite its almost 20 years.

Love that watch. Probably for me because of the hands.
I've never actually heard the chime or in reality would have all that much use for a chiming watch.
But I wouldn't kick it out of bed for waking me up at night.
It chimes like a minute repeater, but on one note. It lasts 1 minute, and it is not sounding loud, compared to classic alarm watches.
That watch has so much wrist presence.
The hands are playful yet visually so ergonomic. Gorgeous piece.
I for one like these hands, too. I know they are controversial, but they are very much my taste.
